I literally haven’t taken these out since I got them in the mail and that was 5 months ago! I sleep in them shower in them literally I never take them out. The weight is perfect They’re starting to slip out now though because I think it’s time to size up. Which is amazing because the weight of these overtime has been making my ears more pliable for the next size. (take note) it’s great it fits so well I’m at 20 mm.
