Works great...as long as you drill pilot hole plumb...favorite part of the job was tappin in the plugs with a sanded hammer...used on trex pebble grey stair treads (w returns) blends like magic, but do pay attention and orient the grain of the plugs...just sayin....$$$ but client happy NOTE: you can also "repair" flaws in the trex boards by drilling two (or more) plugs side by side...and tappin in plugs...goes a long way when a 20' 5/4 board costs $150 (guessin a nows inflationary prices) ta da
