Sturdy and a fair price. Good for kids to let them learn how to climb.We bought these to add to me of our large trees. This allows the kids to reach the branches higher up and in between where they aren’t tall enough. The kids love it and they are strong enough to even hold my husband and he can climb them. It’s great!very glad to find these as a set. too many places sell these but you must read the fine print - sometimes what you think is a set is one single handhold.I built my own pickler triangle and used the rock climbing handles for the climbing side of the slide. Easy to install and very sturdy and priced reasonably.The climbing holds are well made with strong material and no excess material left from casting. The included mounting hardware is a commonly available bolt and tee insert fastener so if you needed to replace something in the future you're not hunting for odd-sized or proprietary hardware. Using a threadlocker when securing these holds is going to be essential because there is no locking feature included in the hardware so it would be possible for the bolts to become loose over time.My only complaint is about the safety plugs. The size of the hardware covered by the plugs isn't very large or of a type likely to need space for a large tool which made we want to know why the plugs are so big. Even though the plugs are large relative to the hardware they cover, the plugs are still small enough to be a choking hazard which is frustrating. After I finished installing the safety plugs, it was only minutes of movement and shaking before the first plug backed itself out and fell off the hold. I eventually used a maintenance grade threadlocker to keep the plugs from coming out on their own, but if the problem comes back then I will be resorting to superglue. The plugs are the low point in an otherwise excellent product.Needed easy replacements for our PlayHouse and this was a good affordable find. Very easy to install and fit perfectly on our little wall climb.When my package arrived in the mail, I think I got a used pack. The plastic bag was opened and I only had 9 holds. But the screws and screw covers were all there and my toddler's climbing wall isn't huge so I thought it'd be fine to use 9 vs. 10. We built a little climbing wall on my toddler's play structure and she totally loves it.The holds are easy to install. Drill a hole, then secure with the screws/washer/fastener provided. Only a drill, pliers/hex tool required. The instruction manual also gives some tips on how to place the holds. Her climbing wall is made of leftover siding from our shed with studs behind it. For the holds we installed on the studs, I drilled directly into the wood vs. using the provided screws. All of the holds are very secure. The adults in my family climbed up the wall without any trouble and the holds don't wiggle at all. The holds are a perfect size for kids, I wouldn't buy anything bigger or smaller.Wish we didn't get shipped an open package, but otherwise, it's a great product. Will buy again.We installed these on a used swing set, they are still holding strong after two years of use so far. Two kids, a dog that climbs, and a dad that has to join in on the fun has not broken any of these climbing holds.
